Volcom Summer Giveaway Rules

Volcom Summer Giveaway Rules

  1. Purchases will not increase chances of winning (no purchase necessary)
  2. Contest starts June 3, 2008. Winner will be selected July 1, 2008 and will be notified via email on that day.
  3. Prize information:
    • Grand Prizes: Each winner will select $250 of Volcom apparel or gear, limited to stock available on Tactics.com at the time of redemption.  Winners must select prize within 10 days of winning.
  4. Odds of winning - odds depend upon number of eligible entries received.
    • Two winners will be selected July 1, 2008.
  5. Release of Liability: Tactics / Efuego Corp. is not liable/responsible for:
    • Loss of entry - including, electronic/computer/communication malfunctions, damage caused by virus/bug or non-authorized intervention
    • Injury, or property damage in connection to/with contest, or contest results
  6. Eligibility: including, but not limited to
    • Age qualifications: must be at least 10 years old to enter - minors may be subject to liability release form, as well as parental/guardian permission
    • Contest entries are limited to residents of the United States
    • Entries are limited to one per household/family
  7. Notification of winner info (including but not limited to)
    • Winners will be selected by random drawing via the customer entry database.
    • Winners will be notified July 1, 2008 via email.
    • Winners must claim prize within 48 hours. If a winner fails to claim, another winner will be selected and the process will be repeated until two total winners have claimed. Prizes will be sent directly to the winners free of charge. Tactics / Efuego Corp. is not responsible for damage to the prize once it has been sent to the prize winner.
  8. General Disclaimers/Conditions: (including, but not limited to)
    • Tactics / Efuego Corp. reserves the right to end/terminate contest at any time, with, or without prior notice
    • By participating, entrants agree to abide by these official rules, and results
