Oudalay Philavanh takes second at the Pipe to Pipe contest

Tactics rider Oudalay Philavanh took 2nd place at Windell’s Pipe to Pipe contest presented by Bonfire this past weekend and also snagged the top spot in the best trick contest.  Oudalay’s been staying in Portland, Oregon filming and stacking footage for his board sponsor Bacon Skateboards and the extra $350 he pocketed will certainly help him in the coming weeks.  Congrats, Oudalay!
