Red Bull’s Manny Mania stops in Portland

The second stop of Red Bull’s Manny Mania Am contest is making its way to Portland’s Pioneer Square tomorrow. Several Tactics riders will be hopping in the van and making their way to P-Town bright and early tomorrow morning. Nicky P, Justin James, Drew B and Zach Bird will be representing Tactics while battling it out with the Northwest’s finest on the manny pads. ZB is coming off a great showing at last weeks éS Game of Skate; he barely missing the finals. There’s always next year.
Red Bull is also sponsoring a Mixed Media Art Show benefiting the Burnside Skate Park Project, which takes place from 7-11PM at Nemo HQ located at 1875 SE Belmont St. Exhibiting artists include Jon Humphries, Chet Childress, Gus Van Sant and Rick Charnowski. Cost to attend is free and proceeds from the show go directly to the Burnside Skate Park Project. It should be a great time, so check it out and support skateboarding if you’re in the neighborhood.
