As you all know by now, we sent our snowboarding team manager Jesse “Wetrat” Johnson over to Aspen to hang out and shoot pictures with Tactics 1FTP team rider JJ Thomas during the Winter X Games. What you might not have known is that Jesse had to privilege to meet some really cool kids who were at the Winter X Games through the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

Jesse got to meet Connor and Corey, who both have Cystic Fibrosis. They were in Aspen for Connor’s Make-A-Wish trip and met Jesse up in the Vitamin Water suite the night of pipe finals. Jesse said the kids were psyched about Louie Vito and why not? They got to spend a morning with Tiny Dancer himself! While Jesse was up in the suite to take pictures of JJ on the halfpipe, he met Connor and Corey and ended up taking some pictures of them too. Jesse said that the boys really hyped up the energy in the suite, cheering for Louie and JJ the entire night (check them out in one of our Tactic’s videos here).

All in all, Jesse was really happy that he could help out by taking some pictures of the boys and we are all glad they went back home with some amazing memories.
