Electric July Giveaway Spree Rules
- Purchases will not increase chances of winning (no purchase necessary)
- Contest starts July 1, 2008. Winner will be selected August 1st, 2008 and will be notified via email on that day.
- Prize information:
- Grand Prizes: One free pair of Electric sunglasses to 4 separate winners, limited to stock available on Tactics.com at the time of redemption. Winner must select prize within 10 days of winning.
- Odds of winning - odds depend upon number of eligible entries received
- One winner will be selected August 1st, 2008.
- Release of Liability: Tactics / Efuego Corp. is not liable/responsible for:
- Loss of entry - including, electronic/computer/communication malfunctions, damage caused by virus/bug or non-authorized intervention
- Injury, or property damage in connection to/with contest, or contest results
- Eligibility: including, but not limited to
- Age qualifications: must be at least 10 years old to enter - minors may be subject to liability release form, as well as parental/guardian permission
- Contest entries are limited to the United States and Canada
- Entries are limited to one per household/family
- Notification of winner info (including but not limited to)
- Winner will be selected by random drawing via the customer entry database.
- Winner will be notified August 1st, 2008 via email.
- Winner must claim prize within 48 hours. If they fail to claim it, another winner will be selected and the process will be repeated until a winner claims the prize. Prize will be sent directly to the winner free of charge. Tactics / Efuego Corp. is not responsible for damage to the prize once it has been sent to the prize winner.
